Winterface v1.3 Released for Windows Mobile

WinterfaceVito Technology has released a new version of its Windows Mobile shell program. Winterface enhances and replaces various aspects of the Windows Mobile user interface and works especially well on the Treo Pro. It is comprised of a launcher, unlock screen, task manager and various Today plugins. It allows for a much more customizable interface and brings colorful skins and added features. This new version includes a new "bright" skin, the ability to hide or show the standard wm start bar, support for opera mobile favorites and various bugfixes.

Winterface v1.3 is available now for $19.95. It comes with a free trial period and is compatible with Windows Mobile 5 and above.

"Winterface"? Wow... Unless they have some previous product I'm not aware of, or saurik is on their dev team (doubt it) way to rip off the name of Winterboard for iPhone.

Er, scratch that... Didn't notice it's an update. Note to self, do not comment before morning caffeine infusion. Seriously though, what's with this winter[blank] naming trend for skinning/shell apps?
