Star Command Game for Palm OS
Star Command is a Palm OS re-creation of the old Star Fleet game of the early 80s, which was (of course) a Star Trek simulation. I was excited to recently discover that this game exists for Palm OS on PalmAddicts, as I spent countless hours enjoying this on a classic mac ages ago. In the game you control a starship and travel the galaxy fighting enemies in order to stay alive and rise in rank. Names have been slightly changed for trademark purposes, so now you fight Krutons (instead of Klingons) and Zingers (instead of Romulans).
Star Command is compatible with Palm OS 3.5 and higher. It will run on older greyscale handhelds as well as color and high resolution screens on the latest models. The game features trek-like ships, controls, weapons and sound effects. The full version costs $12.00 to register and there is a free trial that will allow you to play through the 3rd rank, where cloaking Zinger's begin to appear.

Ah, sweet memories..
It's like visiting an old friend.
I just downloaded the demo and gave it a quick run-through over lunch. Faithful to the original, and just as entertaining.
Well done!

RE: No Warpdrive in the LifeDrive
This is the first I've heard of this problem on the LifeDrive (other than someone posting the same problem on my site's forums yesterday, I'm kind of assuming it was the same guy). I haven't actually done an update on Star Command for a long time because I've been working on the next game. But I'll take a look at this problem, assuming I can get the LD Simulator working, and see if I can fix it ASAP
