Stessed for Palm OSStressed! v1.0 is a lighthearted, new freeware utility for your Palm OS device from Canuck Software. Created in the spirit of past PC crashing games, stressed allows you to hammer and blast away your frustration with the Palm OS, on the Palm OS! When activated you can select your weapon of choice and start shooting and smashing the screen to demolish the current program complete with stress relieving sound effects.

Nice to see more of these kinds of apps out there

........... especially freeware. I haven't tried this yet, but going by the screenshot, this also works 'anytime' since it's brought up by the command stroke. Also reminds me of Bombel. Another freeware, stress relieving game where you pop detailed and textured bubbles like you'd find on bubble wrap used in packing material.

I had a win 3.11 screensaver like this. Neat to inflict the damage yourself for a change.

This doesn't seem to work on the Tungsten T. I get a Sound Set error when I try to start it up. Anyone else with this problem?

I just d/l'd this app and loaded it on my LifeDrive. When those moments come when your LD is fritzing, grab the hammer and beat the day lights out of it. Too much fun already.

The are a few other options to remap/reconfigure the commandbar for Treos...

For the Treo 600/650, you can use FieldPlus at http://mytreo.net/downloads/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownloaddetails&lid=436

For the Treo 700p, you can use LudusP at http://www.ludustech.com/ludusp/

Palm should immediately buy the rights to this and include it in the ROM of all handhelds and smartphones. Much more useful and relevent to the experience than "Realplayer" or "downloads."
