HandEra Li-Ion Pack to Provide Months of Use
HandEra has made some announcements about pricing and availability for new power accessories, including the Lithium-Ion Battery and the AC adapter for the HandEra 330.
When the 330 was released, the company said there would eventually be a rechargeable option for it that would fit into the battery bay where the 4 AAAs fit. They said today this will be available in mid-September for $46. According to their statement, this will last for "months of useable life with each charge".
There is also an AC adapter available that can run the 330 or charge the Li-Ion battery or both. It can be plugged either into the cradle or into the 330 itself. It costs $35.
These will be available together for $75 in mid-September.

Handera push all the right buttons.

For my wallets sake, I hope they keep it that way.

I still get my wife's modified IIIe once in a while just to look at it and use it (used to be mine, soon to be our son's after the wife gets her IIIxe). I miss it, but such is life...
RE: Handera push all the right buttons.
1. It doesn't need it for backup restore speed be backup restores from CF takes less than half a minute (and the you can hotsync the slight changes between the time of your last CF backup and your last hotsync if sooner). Essentially you just use it for 3rd party conduits.
2. If you have a lot of those conduits, you can get yourself an NE2000 compatible CF ethernet card, and blow the doors off any USB hotsync. There were even a sale recently on Kingston CF 10baseT cards for $16 that a lot of TrgPro and 330 users picked up. It'll be slower, but I'm holding out for CF 802.11b
